Zober Industries, located in Croydon, Pa, is announcing that the Selective Soldering System they purchased 6 months ago was so successful at increasing throughput, that they have already purchased another system. Also from Kurtz Ersa, the installation of the VERSAFLOW 3 system is complete and running. This machine not only gives all the benefits of the ECOSELECT 2 system, but also adds both Mini-Wave and Multi-Wave capabilities giving yet even more flexibility.

Zober Industries, located in Croydon, Pa, has added the ECOSELECT 2 selective soldering System from Kurtz Ersa. This machine is ideally suited for our modular production lines. The soldering system is known for its quality and accuracy, as well as providing the best repeatability.  It also offers the flexibility in design and has a small space requirement, allowing us to change production as needed.

With the need to hold tighter tolerances in the Precision Machining area, we added a Makino Wire EDM machine. Not only can we now make parts with even-more demanding dimensions, but also we can now better address hardened steel and other materials that proved difficult in the past.

Zober Industries added the Amanda FO 3015NT Laser to their facility to add to their CNC Machining & Fabrication Capabilities. This Laser is designed and engineered to reliably and economically cut all types of material in a full range of thicknesses.
