Zober Industries, Inc. is a comprehensive contract manufacturer with over thirty-five years experience. We are located in Croydon, PA in a 160,000 square foot facility with easy access to I-95 and the NJ & PA turnpikes. Zober Industries offers the following services:

SURFACE MOUNT TECHNOLOGY - We have three fully automated surface mount assembly systems. Our Fuji systems are among the best SMT lines available today; capable of placing in excess of 50,000 components per hour. The Fuji system can process fine pitch devices with leads on spacing down to 15 mills and micro BGA’s. These lines can assemble both double and single sided boards up to 27” x 23”. Our QC Department has in depth experience and diversified equipment such as laser topography scanner, microscope and 120kv X-ray capabilities.

PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD ASSEMBLY - In our manual and automated assembly area we can handle small prototype quantities to production runs in the thousands. With the use of tested burned-in components to computerized Trace and Teradyne A.T.E. testing, we have produced boards for use in gasoline dispensers to anesthesiology equipment.

LEAD FREE MANUFACTURING - We are fully compliant with RoHS/WEEE and I.P.C. 610 Quality standards for lead free manufacturing. Each printed circuit board assembly is labeled per jedec (jeso97) for easy identification.

ELECTRO-MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY - In our modern facility, we have two groups of skilled mechanics and assemblers. We have assembled finished products ranging from video games, dental sterilizers, X-ray processors to flat sort postal equipment.

MACHINE SHOP SERVICES - We offer the latest CNC equipment in order to provide complete capability in both small and large production quantities. From our OKK milling centers to our 4-axis Miyano turning equipment, we can handle a broad range of materials assuring quality every step of the process.

SHEET METAL FABRICATION - From our Cad/Cam Programming to our computer controlled brakes, we offer the most complete State-of -the-Art equipment Amada has to offer. Our Robotic welder is complimented by our ASTM certified welders.

ENGINEERING AND DESIGN - With in-house electrical and mechanical engineers we design the printed circuit boards to the complete electromechanical assembly. The tool and die machinist works closely with our engineers in the manufacturing of custom tooling and die sets.

WAREHOUSING AND FULFILLMENT – With the offering of fulfillment and warehousing services, we complete the final step in the out-sourcing process.
