Zober’s multiple Fuji lines are able to assemble boards of practically any size and complexity with speeds in excess of 50,000 components per hour. We assemble boards that are densely populated, flexible, single or double sided boards, with astounding accuracy. From a package size of 0201 to 74mm x 74mm, fine pitch, BGA, Flip chip and chip on board our SMT lines can handle the job.
