The Future is here today at Zober Industries Inc. and we are ready.

Zober Industries Inc. now has a new Lead-Free-Only production area for the manufacturing of all your SMT and Thru-Hole needs. Our facility offers fully automated SMT and Thru-Hole lines, featuring Fuji equipment for SMT assembly and Universal equipment for Thru-Hole assembly. We also feature a BTU International SMT re-flow oven, as well as our new Innovative Equipment nitrogen equipped LFC-450N wave solder machine. All components are inspected for RoHS compliance utilizing our Niton XLt 797Z Multi Filter Alloy analyzer prior to being received and inventoried in our dedicated lead-free stock room.

We are fully compliant with RoHS/WEEE and I.P.C. 610 Quality standards for lead free manufacturing. Each printed circuit board assembly is labeled per JEDEC standard (jeso97) for easy identification.

We offer a lead free transition assistance to help with your move to lead free manufacturing, as well as recommended guidelines to follow for ease of manufacturing.
